ABOUT MONICA SIMMONS
Monica Simmons is a dedicated and experienced legal professional with a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of legal document prep and citizenship. Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Monica came to the United States in 1968 at the age of 9, accompanied by her parents and two younger brothers. Despite not knowing a word of English at the time, her exceptional academic abilities allowed her to adapt quickly to her new surroundings.
Monica’s unique advantage lies in her bilingual proficiency, having grown up speaking Spanish and English. Proud of her heritage, she is thrilled to incorporate her second language skills into her practice, reaching out to a broader audience and further assisting those who may require legal assistance in Spanish.
Outside of her career, Monica’s personal life is just as rich and fulfilling. In 1982, she married her husband, a "total Gringo," and together they raised three wonderful daughters, who have now ventured into the world on their own paths. Tired of the hustle and bustle of California Monica, and her husband decided to settle in Grant's Pass, Oregon, wanting to be near family. Being drawn in by the natural beauty, they found solace and joy in the charming city.
Grateful for life's opportunities and experiences, Monica is eager to contribute her legal expertise to the community they now call home. Whether clients are seeking assistance with family law matters, or citizenship applications, Monica is devoted to helping individuals and families find the best possible solutions to their unique legal needs.
Monica is not an attorney and her advice may not be considered legal counsel.
